  • For hygiene and safety reasons, period panties cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been worn or opened.
  • Only unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

2. Return Eligibility

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 3 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
