1. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, period panties cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been worn or opened.
- Only unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
2. Return Eligibility

- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 3 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

- We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
