  • We partner with trusted courier services to deliver across Malaysia.
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
  • East Malaysia: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions. Please contact us via WhatsApp for clarification.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use the tracking number to check your delivery status on the courier’s website.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, FemCare ships only within Malaysia.
  • International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
